2024 is here!  Happy New Year!

I wanted to share some exciting news as we kick off the new year. The real estate market is buzzing with optimism, and 2024 is poised to be an exceptional year for both buyers and sellers. You'll Never Believe How Much This Austintown Home SOLD For!!

Closing Day is always an exciting milestone for sellers, buyers and realtors...  But this sale was a little extra special for me!

Though I've had the pleasure of selling houses to/for several close friends, this is my first sale that was for "family"!  Many of you may know that my boyfriend, Dan, and I have been dating for over twelve years.  While we aren't actually married (or even engaged....), we have long considered each others' families as our own.  So, when I had the opportunity to list my "in-laws" home, of course I jumped at the chance! 

It was definitely a unique experience to sell a home that I'd spent so much...

Spook-tacular Surprises for Some Fabulous Clients!

Last year, the most wonderful couple moved in nextdoor to us for a few months, before buying their forever home.  Though we were sad to see them move (all the way to Austintown), we were grateful to have created some fun memories with them in the short time they lived nextdoor.  One of my favorite memories we made with them was exchanging "Boo Baskets" last Halloween.  We surprised each other with spooky snacks, a little "Boo"-ze, and even some treats for our four-legged friends!  It was so much fun to be "Boo"-ed last year, that I decided to continue the tradition this year - and to include some of my fabulous clients and closest friends!
