After nearly a year since my initial appointment with these clients, the time had finally come to list their family home for sale. They had worked so hard to prepare the home for sale, by cleaning out personal items and making minor repairs and cosmetic updates.
Once we listed the home on September 5, there was immediately a ton of interest from prospective buyers! Showings were scheduled throughout the week and, before we knew it, we had received multiple offers. We were under contract on September 10th.

Check Out the New Guy in Town: Romeo's Pizza - Poland
We recently tried the new Romeo's Pizza - Poland, OH! Overall, it was a very positive experience. Great customer service, lots of menu options, reasonable prices and most importantly - tasty food!
Here's a recap, for those curious:
They deliver! Ordering online, the wait time said one hour. But to my surprise, it was here in about half the time!
We ordered one traditional style pizza with cheddar cheese. The pizza sauce is quite sweet, but I really enjoyed it.
We also got one deep dish pizza, which was also very good; we ordered it with red potatoes, spinach and carmalized onions. It does not have an upper crust like some deep dish pizzas do, but the crust is very thick and fluffy.

My Five Favorite Fair Foods: Try Them All!
The Canfield Fair is among the most highly anticipated events of the year for many Mahoning Valley natives. From 4H festivities to the Demolition Derby, there are plenty of reasons to look forward to at the fair each year -- but I'd be hard-pressed to state a reason more compelling than all of the incredible fair FOOD. Being a longtime vegetarian, I do miss out on some traditional favorites, like gyros, corn dogs and stuffed peppers. But I certainly have my own guilty pleasures... and here are my five must-haves!
