2024 is here!  Happy New Year!

I wanted to share some exciting news as we kick off the new year. The real estate market is buzzing with optimism, and 2024 is poised to be an exceptional year for both buyers and sellers. With favorable trends and promising developments, I am confident that we will witness exciting opportunities in the housing market. I also wanted to share some highlights from last year as well. 2023 was a remarkable year for me!  Helping nearly 20 clients, I was able to successfully close more real estate transactions in a single year than ever before!  I qualified for Ohio Realtor's President's Sales Club for the second year in a row.  And I hit my cap for the first half of the year, allowing me to earn 100% commission on FIVE closed sales.  

My third annual fundraiser for Second Harvest Food Bank of Mahoning Valley in July was a huge success!  Together, we raised $750 and collected 792 pounds of food for the organization.  I hope to increase those numbers even more this year!

In addition, I added another in-person event for my clients, friends and affiliates to attend - a Cookies & Cocktails event in December!  I am grateful to say that event had a great turnout!  Attendees were able to enjoy some snacks, drinks and Christmas music while visiting with others.  Then, they chose from over 20 kinds of cookies that I baked, to assemble their very own cookie tray to take home and enjoy during the holidays.  I will definitely plan to make that an annual event, as well!

This was my first year serving on the Board of Directors for the Mahoning Valley Young Professionals group.  It has been an incredible opportunity to get to know like-minded, motivated young professionals from across the Mahoning Valley and to participate in fundraisers and events to benefit the community, such as the Potential Development Pizza Cook Off.

I was also honored to be nominated for their 25 Under 35 Young Professionals of Mahoning Valley, alongside a group of inspirational individuals in varying industries.

I served my second year as the chair of YCAR's Young Professionals Network, which was filled with fun events and volunteer opportunities.  Though I will continue to participate in YPN events in the future, I have graciously handed over the chair position to fellow Burgan agent, Terra O'Brien for 2024.  Terra and I traveled together to Chicago in August of 2023 for the NAR YPN Advance, where we networked with agents from all over the country and learned valuable lessons to help our group grow.  Now, in 2024, I have been appointed as the Chair for Ohio Realtor's Young Professionals Network.  I will sit on several committees at the state level this year, in addition to serving on the Board of Directors at YCAR.

And I enjoyed countless classes and team building events with the Burgan Bunch, including a year-end business planning course with nationally renowned real estate coach, Jeff Glover!

On a personal note, I got married in October and am thrilled to start this new chapter of my life with my wonderful husband, Dan.  We had a small but lovely wedding at the historic B&O Station in Downtown Youngstown (stay tuned for a full review of that venue!).  As a result of my recent marriage, my name has been changed to Haley Beachler. I'm excited to continue to serve my clients and my community under this new name, with the same great level of care and professionalism.

As we embrace this new year and the endless opportunities that may come with it, I'd like to express my sincere gratitude for your continued trust and support. My goal for 2024 is to assist at least 35 new clients with their real estate needs. This is a rather ambitious goal, so I will need your help to attain this!
