When You Know, You Know! Another Condo SOLD

Buying a house, or condo, can be a little overwhelming.  The thought of choosing the perfect place, where you'll reside for the foreseeable future, can understandably cause significant stress.  Some buyers look for months before finding the right home, and that was the case for this buyer. 

After looking at numerous condos and single-family homes, she started to worry we would never find the perfect place.  And then, one day in early September, we saw a listing for a condo in the desirable Hampton Ridge development in Poland.

As soon as we walked in, we knew it was "the one!"  With high ceilings, an open floor plan, and a large, enclosed sunroom, my client could totally envision living at this condo.  Plus, they are dog friendly!  

Just over a month after having our offer accepted, we closed on this sale on October 26.  My buyer is so excited to start moving, decorating and hosting her family here for the holidays! 

Of course, I had to give her a few little 'treats' to help her celebrate!  Cheers - and congratulations - to my awesome clients on the purchase of this amazing Poland home.  :)
