Austintown Split-Level Estate SOLD

After nearly a year since my initial appointment with these clients, the time had finally come to list their family home for sale.  They had worked so hard to prepare the home for sale, by cleaning out personal items and making minor repairs and cosmetic updates.  

Once we listed the home on September 5, there was immediately a ton of interest from prospective buyers!  Showings were scheduled throughout the week and, before we knew it, we had received multiple offers.  We were under contract on September 10th.  

Working through inspection negotiations and finding someone to remove the pool table were some minor challenges that arose.  But with great communication, compassion and timeliness - we got it done!

Closing the sale on October 26, it was wonderful to see that all parties were satisfied with the results of the transaction.  My sellers accepted an offer $7,000 above their asking price and the buyers received a new, high efficiency furnace to get them through these chilly, Ohio winters!  Everyone was reasonable, amicable and patient throughout the transaction and it truly made for a smooth, stress-free sale! 

And, fun fact:  The new owners - as well as their Realtor - are former co-workers of mine, from when I was a server at Magic Tree Pub and Eatery in 2016!   All four of us are pictured in the photo above.  :)  This transaction definitely warmed my heart and I congratulate all parties involved!
